Little Help Here

FAQs

Will my skin be red after treatment?

No. SKINFIX works from the inside, so you won’t be red, and can return to your normal daily activities immediately after treatment.

What aftercare do I need after my SKINFIX treatment?

SKINFIX requires no aftercare. You can continue with your current skincare routine and skincare products as normal.

Will the laser thin my skin?

No, it won’t. As our laser doesn’t damage the outer layer of your skin, it won’t thin your skin.

Will my skin peel after the treatment?

No, it won’t. Our laser addresses all of your skincare issues from the inside, so your outer layer of skin won’t peel after your treatment.

Could my pigmentation get worse?

No, not at glo. The correct treatment of pigmentation requires a gentle, consistent approach, so that it doesn’t darken or return later, and SKINFIX is specifically designed to reduce pigmentation gently, ensuring the best results. Our Laser Specialists see it as their responsibility to look after your skin in the long term — not just immediately.

Which areas can be treated?

Skinfix is available for face, neck, decolleteage (chest), hands, forearms, and lips.

Will it hurt?

There is no discomfort with our lasers, and our Laser Specialist will even show you the sensation of the laser on your hand before your treatment begins.

How long does it take?

Each SKINFIX treatment takes only 15 minutes, so there’s very little time out of your day.

How do I register?

Our friendly staff will take you through the registration process on one of our iPads in any of our outlets. It’s quick and simple and you’ll have the opportunity to highlight any skin concerns you have.

How do I join the queue?

Through our website, through our app or in-store. Contact Us to get started.

How long before I can go back to work / normal activities?

Immediately. We have a place for you to re-apply makeup and you can walk out of glo without anyone ever knowing you’ve had a facial treatment.

Is it safe?

Yes. Our lasers are from the USA, are FDA approved and are completely safe for all skin types and colours.

How many treatments will I need and how often will I need one?

Once you’ve told us about your skin concerns, our specialists will recommend both frequency and number of treatments needed for optimal results.
