LASER SPECIALIST
JOB SUMMARY
Serve our customer to help them with their skin concerns through excellent professional skin care service (both technical and consultation). Work diligently with the team to ensure harmonious and smooth salon operation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform laser treatments and skin consultations.
- Reaching out to potential customers via leaflets, flyers or brochures etc.
- Follow up with customers.
- Answer phone call and assist in front desk.
- Assist to monitor inventory movement including retail & professional stock as well as miscellaneous items.
Centre Manager
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for day to day operations in the centre in order to achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators as set by company. Collaborate and communicate with other departments to enforce company’s core values and make sure goals are achieve and customer’s needs are satisfied and met.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- In-charge of centre’s sales performance; ensure that the assigned company’s goals are met.
- Manage and monitor the sales performance of promotion / event booth that is held in the mall or outlet.
- Compile all relevant reports for submission on timely manner and accurately.
- Demonstrate and reinforces excellent customer service to promote a positive customer orientation in the centre and ensure efficient quality service.
- Manage staff roster, teamwork and in-centre training
